CALDER PARK
Located at Junction 39 of the M1, Calder Park is set in 240 acres of land and has detailed planning consent for up to 1.5 million sq. Ft. of bespoke office accommodation.
The site also incorporates a 100-acre dedicated nature reserve and meets the highest environmental standards, as well as having a lower density of development than any other business park in the region.

SILKWOOD PARK
Silkwood Park is situated on Junction 40 of the M1 in an extremely prominent location being a flagship business park in West Yorkshire and is located only a short distance from the intersection of the M62 which means it is in a strategic location for access throughout the North of England.
This 30-acre site is proposed in the Local Plan 2036, anticipated to be adopted in 2022.

MERCHANT GATE
